Nationwide Shipping

We offer shipping in the US, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and all other offshore insular areas. 

Processing & Shipping Times

For optimal freshness, orders are shipped Mondays-Wednesdays via USPS Priority Mail. All snackies are made from scratch and take 1-3 days to process. Orders are NOT Thursdays-Saturdays - This ensures they wont sit at the post office over the weekend!

**Orders placed April-August will be shipped with a dry ice pack.

Order Tracking 

Order tracking is available via email at checkout. 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. We only offer USPS Priority Mail to ensure you get your snackies as soon as possible!

Possible Delays 

Packages may take longer to arrive due to external factors, such as weather conditions or USPS operational delays. 

Return Policy 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@jackiessnackies.store with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We'll assess each case individually and work toward a satisfactory solution.
