Do you use preservatives?

We do not use any preservatives! 

Do you have a physical location?

We officially have a seasonal brick and mortar to call home! 465 River St, Millersburg, PA 17061. Check out our ‘Ice Cream Shop’ page for more info.

How should I store my snackies?

You can find storing information for each product on their packaging or in their photos on our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please email info@jackiessnackies.store with any issues regarding your order.

Do you make DF/GF/Vegan options?

We do offer gluten and dairy reduced options. Due to us using the same facility and shared equipment, we cannot guarantee that any products are 100% gluten and/or dairy free.

We do not offer vegan options at this time. All products contain eggs.

Can I pre-order my snackies?

If you are looking to place an order for an event or special occasion please email info@jackiessnackies.store and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

When do you ship your snackies?

Orders are shipped Mondays-Tuesdays via USPS Priority Mail. Orders take 1-3 business days to process. Please visit Shipping Policy for further information.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up?

We do not offer delivery. We do offer pick-up during the months of May-October located at our seasonal ice cream shop in Millersburg, PA. All orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance and picked up during hours of operation.
